Emergencies

 Whether you've got a Gas or Water leak within your home, we’ve got you covered. Sometimes repairing leaks may involve some disruption within your home, whilst we attempt to trace and make access to the culpable pipework, fitting or appliance. This will be done as sympathetically as possible, but it is not uncommon for floors to be lifted or bath panels to be removed for example. The fastest way to get hold of us in an emergency is to give us a call!

 

Please note- if you smell Gas, before giving us a call, it is vital that you call Wales and West Utilities on 0800 111 999. Wales and West Utilities are the Gas Network Operators who own the supply running into your property. Once they have attended and made safe, and confirmed the leak is in fact within the property, we can then look into tracing and repairing the leak within your home.
